Wellbeing for Vasculitis

The wellbeing course for Vasculitis is designed with the vasculitis patient in mind. In the last 8 years, we have worked closely supporting patients throughout the UK by offering support services that improve the outcome of vasculitis. We have experienced the fatigue, pain, anxiety, depression, lack of sleep, diet and exercise issues and combined these erode the quality of life for anyone affected by vasculitis.  That is why LCTF has designed and funded a wellbeing course that seeks to help patients and improve the quality of life.  The course offers a snapshot of therapies where patients can discover what works for them and how it can be integrated in to their life.

The course provides assistance with:

  • Talk Therapy with other patients
  • Counselling (One to One)
  • Relaxation Therapies
  • Sleep Therapies
  • Pain Management
  • Dietary Advice
  • Light Exercise
  • Yoga
  • Massage/Reflexology/Bowen Therapy

Our next Vasculitis Wellbeing course is on 8th & 9th June at Ardoch House on the banks of Lock Lomond in Scotland. This is a course where 15 patients and their partners/friends/family can attend this stunning venue offering 5 star accommodation and stunning views of Loch Lomond.  Each patient will have a double room with ensuite facilities, breakfast, lunch and evening dinner provided within the event.

A great opportunity to meet other patients, enjoy a relaxing break at Loch Lomond and learn more about vasculitis and support therapies designed to improve the quality of life.

This course can fill very quickly.  To book a space then please contact 0141 404 1137 or contact our team on info@thelaurencurrietwilightfoundation.org
