Twilight In The Park

We look forward to welcoming you to another fun packed 5K event in support of The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation! This year it’s a 5K Twilight Walk in Glasgow’s iconic Pollok Country Park where you can enjoy not one, but TWO exciting events:

Sponsored Walk
First, we invite you to take part in a brisk walk or leisurely stroll round a designated, secure 5K route in the grounds of the beautiful Pollok Country Park. As the twilight hour approaches….watch ‘AWWOOOOT’ for some surprises along the way (if you know what we mean!!). After you have registered, please visit our Get Involved page to download sponsor forms or set up a JustGiving online page to raise sponsorship for the charity. Your sponsorship will help fund our scientific research, respite cabin, patient support services, public awareness and lots more.Visit us at http://www.thelaurencurrietwilightfoundation.org/get-involved for more details.  To raise awareness, the event is funding a vasculitis awareness campaign with Radio Clyde (Clyde 1 & 2) which will reach out to over 600,000 listeners per week.

Cinema In The Park
Next, sit back, chill out and prepared to be ‘waaaoooooed’ by our giant pop up cinema and our blockbuster movie in the park. Cinema is located directly adjacent to the Burrell Collection. (cert 12A)….
