The education series will focus on Trainees, Allied Health Professionals and Consultants in Rheumatology and other disciplines responsible for the assessment and management of patients with vasculitis.

The live webinars will have presentation and guidance talks delivered by leading experts in vasculitis.  Each event will be recorded and available to BSR members in a custom built vasculitis channel in addition to e-learning  facilities on the disease.   The guidance topics and speakers are:

  • Assessment of Vasculitis by Professor Raashid Luqmani on 16th October 2014
  • Therapy and Outcomes in Vasculitis by Dr David Jayne on 6th November  2014.

The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation was formed in October 2010.  This registered charity seeks to fund medical research, patient support services and awareness of the disease.  The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation has developed and sponsored  innovative guidance events through online webcast technology recently for patients and a sponsored webcast for the Renal Association.  Our charity is proud to be partnering with the British Society for Rheumatology and investing in the guidance of vasculitis.
