Plasma Exchange Questionnaire (Scotland)

If you live in Scotland and you have had Plasma Exchange or likely to have Plasma Exchange may I ask that you complete our questionnaire before the closing date of 27th June. The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation is part of the NHS Aphersis Review in Scotland and we require your assistance to complete a short survey in relation to Plasma Exchange. Results will be posted on the website soon.
