New video launches 8th June 2012

The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation will launch a funded Vasculitis guidance video presented by Dr Hilary Jones on the 8th June 2012 at 10pm from the Annual Vasculitis Charity Dinner. The video will be circulated to raise awareness and provide guidance  to newly diagnosed patients, General Practitioners, nursing staff etc. The primary objective of this new video is to raise significant awareness so cases are diagnosed earlier and damage is minimised along with long term complications for patients. The video will be available online at the LCTF website from the 9th June and available on DVD as part of our information packs.

Dr Hilary Jones recently attended the LCTF Vasculitis live webcast in February to help raise awareness and discuss how Vasculitis can be diagnosed sooner. You can listen to his interview on our website at www.thelaurencurrietwilightfoundation.org/vasculitistv and select webinar 3.  We are delighted that Dr Hilary Jones has taken time out of his schedule on ITV Daybreak to help present the LCTF Vasculitis video and support awareness.

The video will feature interviews with experienced professionals in the field of Vasculitis including Dr David Jayne and Dr Lars-Peter Erwig. The video will also feature case study interviews with patients and provide details on the support available.
