Lung Vasculitis Webinar Presentation

If you missed the The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation live webinar on 22nd October then you can watch our On Demand version below. Our 6th live webinar delivered an informative presentation that focused on vasculitis in the lungs. The guidance presentation was followed by a patient Q&A session where our audience presented their questions and obtained advice from our guest vasculitis expert. The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation, since 2012, have delivered six patients webinars in addition to managing guidance lectures for health professionals through the Renal Association and the British Society for Rheumatology. The webinar was presented by Grant Currie, Co-Founder and Trustee of The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation

Our guest speaker on the webinar was Dr Janice Harper, Consultant Nephrologist and Vasculitis Lead at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital. Dr Harper was trained in nephrology at Addenbrooke’s Hospital (Cambridge) and obtained a PhD in vasculitis from Cambridge University. Dr Harper started a consultant nephrology post in the renal unit at The Royal Liverpool University Hospital in 2000 and became clinical lead for a multiorgan vasculitis service in 2008. Dr Hilary maintains a specialist research interest in vasculitis, particularly imaging techniques and lung complications.
