Gordon Devlin Takes on Ironman UK 2015 for Vasculitis

Good luck to Gordon Devlin who is participating in the gruelling UK Ironman Triathlon in Bolton, Lancashire on Sunday 19th July 2015 to raise funds for The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation. The Ironman Triathlon includes a 2.4 mile lake swim in Pennington Flash (near Leigh), 112 mile cycle through the Lancashire countryside to the Macron Stadium, home of the Bolton Wanderers, followed by a 26.2 mile run that finishes in Victoria Square in the heart of Bolton! A gruelling challenge for Gordon which he has decided to do as his wife, Heather suffers from Vasculitis.
Gordon has raised £530 and these funds will help our dedicated vasculitis research at the University of Aberdeen, our public awareness campaigns and our range of patient support services and groups.

Please help and support Gordon by donating on his sponsorship page at https://www.justgiving.com/gordondevlin/Unknown
