Fight Against Vasculitis 5k

The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation held their first 5k in April 2011 to raise awareness and fundraising.  We had over 200 people attend last year, walking or running in memory of family or friends, sufferers of Vasculitis helping to raise awareness.  All united in the hope of raising awareness and funds for Vasculitis in the first dedicated Vasculitis event in Scotland.

We are doing it all over again on 28th April 2012 at the Dean Castle Country Park in Kilmarnock.  The Fight Against Vasculitis 2012 5k is an event where you get sponsored to walk or run 5k – you decide!  An event that takes you through the scenic grounds and historic Dean Castle as a stunning backdrop.

There is activities for the kids, food kiosks, local stage with DJ/entertainment and the LCTF Marquee supplying information on Vasculitis in addition to the latest LCTF merchandise.
