Apache supports vasculitis

Apache North Sea, based in Aberdeen, have supported The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation with a generous donation of £3,000. The funds will be used to support the ANCA vasculitis research and wellbeing studies at the University of Aberdeen which our charity funds and supports.  The funds will also be used to support our range of support services that we provide free to patients including respite holiday cabin, relaxations apps, webcast and video guidance, diet and anxiety publications, support groups and our patient mobility grants.

This donation is gratefully appreciated by the charity and we thank Apache North Sea for their support and commitment to Vasculitiss.   The charity also wishes to thank Joe Craib for nominating the charity for this kind and generous support.

The charity has a strong relationship with the University of Aberdeen and with the Vasculitis clinic. The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation have a long established support group for patients held regularly in the city centre of Aberdeen in addition to Edinburgh  and Glasgow groups.  The charity also holds regular awareness campaigns and awareness events in the North East.
