An Inspirational Cycle

In October 2010, Lauren died from Vasculitis with a variant called Wegeners Granulomatosis at the age of 15. Debbie Ley suffers with Vasculitis, the same variant as Lauren and almost died herself if it was not for her diagnosis and treatment. Debbie has battled this disease to reach a stage in her health where she is now able to cycle again.

Debbie will cycle 81 miles in 1 day on the Etape Caledonian cycle challenge tomorrow (Sunday 13th May 2012) and she is doing it for Lauren’s charity – The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation. If you can then please help support her challenge by donating on her JustGiving page at http://www.justgiving.com/Debbie-Ley0 and help Lauren’s charity fund research into Vasculitis with Aberdeen University.

The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation also wish Debbie all our best wishes and good luck for this inspiring cycle.
