Coast 2 Coast

The BP Coast To Coast challenge is a charity cycle from Largs (Ayrshire Coast) to Aberdeen in 3 days from 25th – 27th May 2012 – 240 miles with 46 other BP riders helping to raise funds for 3 charities – MND, SIS and University of Aberdeen Trust for Vasculitis Research.  Please support Iain McBain on this mammoth challenge to cycle this 240 miles. The  proceeds are split between all the charities and the portion of funds donated to the University of Aberdeen Trust will be used in a Vasculitis Research programme over the next three years that the Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation is part funding.

Raising funds for Vasculitis is a personal challenge as Iain’s wife, Maureen McBain, suffers from Vasculitis and helps to run the Aberdeen support group for LCTF.  Iain works for BP and will be taking part in the cycle ride to raise funds for the joint research programme with LCTF and Aberdeen University. BP will match donations raised.
